APPLY FOR SERVICE
To open a new account, submit a completed Customer Utility Application and submit the required documents to the Utility Department by any of the methods below:

Required Documents:
- Supply a legible copy of the Driver’s License or State Issued Identification Card, for each applicant and co-applicant
- Supply a signed copy of your Special Corporate Warranty Deed, if you have purchased the property
- Supply an Executed Lease Agreement, if you are renting the property
DISCONNECT SERVICE
If you are moving and you would like to disconnect your utility service with The City of Eagle Lake, please call (863) 293-4141 for more information. Please note, you are responsible for all charges until your account is closed.
PAYMENT METHODS
Currently we accept the following payment methods:
Personal checks or money orders can be mailed in or placed in the drop box located near the front steps of the Eagle Lake Community Complex - City Hall Building. The customer drop box is emptied several times during the day, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. -- Payments placed in the customer drop box after 3 p.m. will not be credited to your account until the next business day.
Credit Card Payments can be set up through out online billing service. See our Customer Pay Portal.
We also offer free auto pay direct from your bank account. Please fill out direct debit authorization form, and turn it into Office Staff. Existing customers can also sign up for auto pay using our Customer Pay Portal.
